中心成員葉俊榮教授、張文貞教授、施文真教授與許耀明教授，應邀前往上海參與由上海社會科學院、法國馬賽第三國際大學法國馬賽第三大學(Université Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III)法學院歐體法與國際法中心(Centre des etudes et des recherches internationales et communautaires, CERIC)與上海市WTO事務諮詢中心合辦之「Workshop on Global Climate Change and International Law」。本中心成員發表之論文題目分別為：Emerging Climate Change Law and Changing Governance （葉俊榮）；EIA in the Age of Climate Change: Some Introductory Notes（張文貞）；Financial Mechanisms for Climate Change Mitigation & Adaptation Measures（施文真）；The Transnational Governance Model of Climate Change: Catastrophic Risk, Transnational Regulation and its Implication in International Law（許耀明）。本次會議之成果預計出版成書，由法國馬賽第三大學歐體法與國際法中心主編，由比利時著名法學出版社Bruylant於2012年出版。
