Completing his undergraduate studies in law at NTU and receiving his LL.M. at the University of Washington, Professor Huang-Chih Chiang holds a Ph.D. in international law from the University of London. He specializes in public international law, international human rights law and the law of the sea. Professor Huang-Chih Chiang has published three books,International Law and Taiwan, Introduction to Public International Law and Law of the Sea, as well as numerous articles in esteemed Taiwanese legal journals. Professor Chiang also serves as legal advisor of Taiwanese delegation to various international conferences concerning fisheries management.
