Call for Papers - Korea Legislation Research Institute

The KLRI Journal of Law and Legislation, an internationally recognized and KCI-registered platform for legislative and legal research, is officially calling for manuscript submissions for KJLL Vol.16 No.1,2026

We warmly invite contributions from legal scholars, researchers, practitioners, and government personnel in the field. We greatly appreciate your support in sharing this call with potentially interested parties.
 
We welcome articles, book reviews, notes on general topics on law and legislation of Korea/Asia or of other parts of the world relevant to or in comparison with Korea/Asia.
  • (Featured Topic) Out-of-Court Restructuring Proceedings
  •  
    (General Topic) ARTICLES, BOOK REVIEWS, NOTES covering a wide range of legal and legislative topics concerning Korea, and also welcomes submissions from other jurisdictions that are relevant to or compared with Korean legal system.
       
Authors who wish to contribute an article to Volume 16 Number 1, 2026 must submit the attached Proposal Submission Form by November 30 (Sun), 2025, and the first draft of the General article by December 31 (Wed), 2025. Deadline for the Featured articles is by January 31(Sat), 2026.
After the double blind peer-review process conducted by three expert reviewers designated by the KJLL Editorial Board, the finally selected articles will be published in Volume 16 Number 1 on May 31, 2026. Submissions made after the each deadline will be considered for publication in the next issue.
