Mindy Chen-Wishart is the lecturer at Oxford University and teaches Contract, Restitution. She was a visiting scholar at National Taiwan University College of Law in 2012. During the visit, she delivered remarkable lectures regarding the limits on freedom of contract and what contracts the law should not enforce. She also taught course on validity of contract, nonperformance of contract, undue influence and unfair contract terms.
