青木 人志（あおき ひとし、1961年 - ）は、日本の法学者。一橋大学大学院法学研究科長・教授。専門は比較法、動物法。博士（法学）。

Aoki hitoshi (1961-) is the Japanese law scholar, his research interests include Comparative law and Animal law. He is a Doctor of Juridical Science, also the dean and professor of Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of Law.
