113-1博士班研究桌登記注意事項

各位同學好:

 本學期博士班研究桌登記注意事項如下,另檢附「113-1研究生研究桌配用公告」供參。

 

  • 本學期將出國交換、休學、參加司法官訓練或其他公職人員訓練逾四個月者,不得申請登記研究桌
  • 欲申請研究桌者,請記得於911(三)上午10點至913(五)下午5攜帶學生證正本至霖澤館六樓院辦公室登記,逾時視為棄權
  • 若有不能到場者,請務必委任代理人。委託他人辦理,須攜帶欲申請者之學生證正本方得辦理。
  • 研究桌每學年應登記一次,若未登記者即不得繼續使用原桌位。

 

再次提醒同學,請務必詳閱「研究生研究桌配用公告」及「研究生研究桌分配及管理辦法」,以免影響自身權益。亦請同學務必注意與研究桌相關的時間規定,謝謝同學的配合。

Greetings,

Please note the following important details regarding the registration for doctoral research desks this semester. Additionally, the attached "Notice on Research Desk Allocation for Graduate Students (Semester 113-1)" is provided for your reference.

  1. Students who will be going abroad for exchange, taking a leave of absence, participating in judicial training, or other public official training for more than four months this semester are not eligible to apply for a research desk.

  2. To apply for a research desk, please remember to bring your student ID card (original) to the Office of the College on the 6th floor of Linze Building for registration between 10:00 AM on September 11 (Wednesday) and 5:00 PM on September 13 (Friday). Applications submitted after this period will be considered as forfeited.

  3. If you are unable to attend in person, please make sure to appoint a proxy. The proxy must present the original student ID card of the applicant to process the application.

  4. Research desks must be registered every academic year. Failure to register will result in the forfeiture of the current desk.

We would like to remind all students to carefully read the "Notice on Research Desk Allocation for Graduate Students" and the "Research Desk Allocation and Management Regulations" to avoid any issues affecting your rights. Please also pay attention to the deadlines related to research desks. Thank you for your cooperation.
