本學期研究桌配用方式及相關作業流程以網站公告為準，另檢附「114-2研究生研究桌配用公告」供參。114-2研究桌補行登記共釋出26個研究桌位，並採行現場登記制，由先到者先登記。恕無法所有人均獲分配。
- 114-1未申請而本學期欲申請研究桌者，請記得於3／9（一）上午10點至3／10（二）中午12點，攜帶學生證正本至霖澤館六樓院辦公室登記，逾時視為棄權。
- 若有不能到場者，請務必委任代理人，但仍須攜帶「申請人」之學生證正本方得辦理。
- 本學期將出國交換、休學、參加司法官訓練、參加其他公職人員訓練逾四個月者，不得申請配用研究桌。
再次提醒同學，請務必詳閱「研究生研究桌配用公告」及「研究生研究桌分配及管理辦法」，以免影響自身權益。亦請同學務必注意與研究桌相關的時間規定，謝謝同學的配合。

Dear students,
The usage method and related procedures for research desks this semester will be based on the website announcement. Additionally, the "114-2 Graduate Research Desk Allocation Announcement" is attached for your reference. A total of 26 research desks are available for the 114-2 supplementary registration. Registration will be conducted in person on a first-come, first-served basis. We apologize that not everyone will be able to get a desk.
- Students who did not apply for a research desk in 114-1 but wish to apply this semester should remember to register in person at the Dean's Office on the 6th floor of the Linze Building, bringing their original student ID, between 10:00 AM on 3/9 (Monday) and 12:00 PM on 3/10 (Tuesday). Late submissions will be considered a waiver of rights.
- If you are unable to attend in person, please appoint a proxy. However, the proxy must still bring the applicant's original student ID to complete the registration process.
- Students who will be going abroad for exchange, taking a leave of absence, participating in judicial officer training, or engaging in other civil servant training for more than four months this semester are not eligible to apply for a research desk.
A final reminder to all students: please be sure to read the "Graduate Research Desk Allocation Announcement" and the "Graduate Research Desk Allocation and Management Regulations" carefully to avoid any impact on your rights. Also, make sure to pay attention to all time-related regulations concerning research desks. Thank you for your cooperation.
