附件為「114-2研究桌補登記名單」，請所有同學(無論是否有補登研究桌)務必點進檢查，若有問題，再麻煩同學來信告知。
- 請已喪失研究桌使用資格之同學，將研究桌清空並將鑰匙繳回院辦公室，清空及繳回鑰匙期限將於3／16（一）下午3點屆至，若屆時研究桌尚有未清空物品，院辦將不負保管責任。
- 3／18（三）上午10點開始發放鑰匙，請同學攜帶學生證正本至院辦公室（不論本人或委託他人代理領取者，皆須出示「申請人」之學生證正本），於登記表格上簽名並領取鑰匙，其後即可開始使用研究室。本學期原有院櫃之同學，應出示院櫃清空畫面，始得領取鑰匙。
請務必詳閱「研究生研究桌分配及管理辦法」第4條第2、3款、第6條、第6條之1等規定，以免影響自身權益。
因本學院研究桌資源有限，請各位同學務必妥善運用！
依管理辦法第4條第1款，研究桌限本人使用；第5條第1項則明文獲配研究桌者，違反前條規定而情節重大者，自發現時起取消使用權限，且於下一學年亦不得申請分配。
請各位同學特別注意，不要違反上開辦法！

Dear Students,
Please find the attached "114-2 Research Desk Supplemental Registration List." All students—regardless of whether you applied for a supplemental desk—must check this list. If there are any discrepancies, please contact the College Office via email.
1. Desk Clearance & Key Return
Students who are no longer eligible to use a research desk must clear their belongings and return their keys to the College Office.

Deadline: March 16 (Monday) by 3:00 PM.

Note: The College Office will not be responsible for any items left behind after this deadline.
2. Key Collection Details
New key distribution will begin on March 18 (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM.

Location: College Office.

Requirements: You must present the original Student ID card of the applicant (this applies even if someone else is picking up the key on your behalf). You will be required to sign the registration form upon collection.

Lockers: Students who held a college locker this semester must show a photo/proof that the locker has been cleared before they can receive their research desk key.
3. Important Regulations
Please read Articles 4 (Paragraphs 2 & 3), 6, and 6-1 of the "Regulations for the Allocation and Management of Research Desks" carefully to protect your rights.
Given the limited availability of research desks, please ensure they are used effectively:

Personal Use Only: Per Article 4, Paragraph 1, desks are for the assigned student’s use only.

Penalties: Per Article 5, Paragraph 1, any serious violation of usage regulations will result in the immediate revocation of your current desk rights and disqualification from applying for the next academic year.
Please adhere strictly to the regulations mentioned above.
