附件為「115-1研究生研究桌現場登記分配結果」，若有疑義，再麻煩同學來信場地組洽詢。
欲交換座位者，自
- 即刻起至9／29（二）上午10點，由均有研究室桌位之雙方，攜帶各自的學生證正本一同至院辦公室場地組登記交換。
- 院辦公室將於9／29（二）下午5點前，公告研究室桌位最終分配結果。
- 9／29(二)、30（三）上午10點到晚上9點，開放研究室以利研究桌同學清空物品。
- 有更換研究室者，鑰匙請於9／30（三）下午2點前將鑰匙繳回院辦公室，特別注意，逾期未繳回鑰匙者將喪失使用研究室之資格。
- 目前萬才館、霖澤館均「無」剩餘座位，故無追加登記程序。
- 預計10／1（四）下午1點將進行發放鑰匙作業，屆時將再寄信提醒同學。
其餘未盡事項，請同學務必詳閱「研究生研究桌配用公告」及「研究生研究桌分配及管理辦法」，以免影響自身權益。謝謝同學的配合。

Attached is the "Results of the On-Site Registration and Allocation for Graduate Research Desks 115-1." If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
For those wishing to exchange seats:
- From now until 10 AM on September 29 (Tuesday), both parties with desk space in their research labs must bring their student ID cards to the office for registration of the exchange.
- The office will announce the final allocation results for research desks by 5 PM on September 29 (Tuesday).
- On September 29 (Tuesday) and 30 (Wednesday), from 10 AM to 9 PM, the research labs will be open for students to clear their items.
- If you are changing research labs, please return your keys to the office by 2 PM on September 30 (Wednesday). Note that failure to return keys on time will result in the loss of your eligibility to use the research lab.
- There are no available seats in the Wan Tsai Building and the Lin Ze Building.
- Key distribution is scheduled for 1 PM on October1 (Thursday). A reminder email will be sent out closer to the date.
For any other matters, please be sure to read the "Announcement on the Allocation of Graduate Research Desks" and the "Regulations on the Allocation and Management of Graduate Research Desks" carefully to protect your rights. Thank you for your cooperation.
