教師簡介
林執中老師於2005年畢業於國立臺灣大學法律系，畢業後進入國立臺灣大學法律學研究所基礎法學組就讀，嗣於2009年畢業取得法學碩士學位，碩士論文題目為〈法律、接受與行動理據〉。林老師取得碩士學位後，自 2006 年起擔任國科會計畫兼任助理，並於碩士畢業後轉任國科會法實證資料庫建置計畫專任助理（2010–2011），積累紮實之學術研究資歷。2011 年，林老師獲得教育部一般公費留學獎助，赴英深造，期間於 2015 年獲蔣經國基金會博士論文獎助，並於 2022 年取得英國劍橋大學法學博士學位，博士論文題目為 Power-Conferring Norms and Law's Normative Guidance。博士畢業後，林老師先後於 2022 年至 2023 年間擔任中央研究院法律學研究所博士後研究學者，並於 2023 年至 2024 年間續任中央研究院博士後研究學者，持續深耕學術研究。
林老師目前主要研究領域為英美分析法理學、憲政法理學及政治哲學，期刊論文發表於《中研院法學期刊》及《政治與社會哲學評論》等國內重要學術刊物，並多次受邀於國內外重要學術研討會發表論文。林老師亦積極投入學術服務，曾於中央研究院、臺灣法理學會、國立政治大學及國立臺灣大學進修推廣學院等機構擔任主講人及導讀人。
