甄選資格：本院研究生（博士班尤佳），刑事法、智慧財產權法各1名

甄選應檢附資料：

2023年11月17日(五)下午5點前，填妥附檔報名表，email至This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.。本院將於11月下旬通知錄取結果。

注意事項：
獲選報告者，需於2023年12月31日(日)前，繳交3500字以內報告之口述稿。本次會議符合碩士班學則之發表論文（種子論壇）之要求。若需適用博士班學則之學術研討會之規定者，請額外繳交1萬字以上之論文全文。

會議當天，按照口述稿內容，以中文報告20分鐘。評論人為日本明治大學與本院教授；會議備有中、日文逐步口譯。

補助項目:

每位參與學生資料蒐集費，含書籍、查閱資料或影印費用上限3,000元。以上費用依本校經費報支要點規定額度上限，憑單據覈實支付。
