本學期研究桌配用方式及相關作業流程以網站公告為準，另檢附「115-1研究生研究桌配用公告」供參。若有疑義，請於8／28（五）前以書面提出。
另請特別注意：
- 本學期將出國交換、休學、參加司法官訓練或其他公職人員訓練逾四個月者，不得參與分配。
- 院辦公室於8／18(二），自「myNTU系統」中取得本學期之「在學名單」，
並於8／21（五）寄發取得抽籤資格之名單。
- 本學期欲參與分配研究桌之研究生，若學號未出現在上述名單內者，請於8／24（一）上午10點至9／7（一）上午11點前，提出學雜費繳費證明，以申請加入該在學名單。
- 現在正在國外交換的同學，若符合本學期抽籤資格但趕不及回台辦理分配作業者，請務必事先安排代理人代為處理，研究桌登記作業恕不接受除學生證正本以外之身分證明。
再次提醒同學，請務必詳閱「研究生研究桌配用公告」及「研究生研究桌分配及管理辦法」，以免影響自身權益。亦請同學密切注意與研究桌相關的時間規定，謝謝同學的配合。

Please refer to the website for the current research desk allocation methods and procedures. Attached is the "115-1 Research Desk Allocation Notice" for your reference. If you have any questions, please submit them in writing by August 28 (Friday).
Important Notes:
- Students going abroad for exchange, taking leave, or participating in judicial or public service training for over four months this semester are not eligible.
- The office will obtain the enrollment list from the "myNTU system" on August 18 and will send the list of students qualified for the lottery on August 21.
- If your student number is not on the list but you wish to participate, submit proof of fee payment from August 24 (Monday) 10:00 AM to September 7 (Monday) 11:00 AM to be added to the list.
- Students currently abroad who meet the lottery criteria but cannot return in time should arrange for an agent to handle the registration. Only original student IDs will be accepted for desk registration.
Please carefully review the "Research Desk Allocation Announcement" and "Research Desk Allocation and Management Regulations" to avoid any issues. Stay attentive to all relevant deadlines. Thank you for your cooperation.
